👋Your first drawing
  1. In the gallery, tap New and pick a size and a paper type.
  2. Top right: Brush, Smudge, Eraser, Layers and your colour. Tap Brush again for the full brush library.
  3. The sidebar on the left sets size (top) and opacity (bottom).
  4. 2create saves automatically. Gallery at the top left takes you back.
✌️Gestures
  1. Two-finger tap: undo. Three-finger tap: redo.
  2. Two fingers pinch, rotate and drag: zoom, rotate and move. A quick pinch fits the drawing to the screen.
  3. Hold a finger still: pick a colour from the drawing (or open the edit menu).
  4. Four-finger tap: hide all buttons; again to bring them back.
🎨Choosing colours
  1. Tap the colour dot at the top right.
  2. Turn the ring for the hue and slide in the square for light and dark.
  3. Light and shadow and Skin tones give colours that go well together.
  4. + adds a colour to your palette. You can also take colours from a photo.
🗂️Working with layers
  1. Tap Layers, then + for a new layer. The top layer sits on top.
  2. Draw your lines on one layer and colour on a layer below: you never colour over your lines.
  3. Pinch two layers together to merge them. Swipe left to lock, duplicate or delete.
  4. Tap a layer again for opacity, blend mode, alpha lock and clipping mask.
✂️Select and move
  1. Tap Select and drag a rectangle, ellipse or freehand shape.
  2. Tap Transform to move it. Two fingers make it bigger, smaller or rotate it.
  3. Free distort lets you drag one corner on its own, for perspective.
  4. Tap Done when it looks right.
📐Drawing aids
  1. In Actions › Drawing guide, pick mirror, mandala, grid, ruler, ellipse or perspective.
  2. The blue lines only help; they never end up in your drawing.
  3. With Snap to lines your stroke follows the guide exactly, however wobbly you draw.
  4. Drag the blue dots to move the centre or vanishing points.
✨AI teacher and Follow the teacher
  1. Tap the floating ✨ button.
  2. Follow the teacher: say, type or write what you want to draw. The AI makes a lesson with ghost lines and a step plan on screen.
  3. What does the teacher think? gives a compliment and a tip. Turn on AI watches along for tips while you draw.
  4. The AI can read aloud; 🔇 turns the sound off. Nothing is stored.
🖍️Make a colouring page
  1. In the gallery, tap New › Make a colouring page.
  2. Pick a mandala, flower or pattern, or tap With AI and say what you want to colour.
  3. The slider sets simple or detailed. Another gives a new version.
  4. Tap Use: the lines are on their own layer and fills stay inside them.
🎱Games and daily challenge
  1. In the gallery, tap Play and pick a game, or tap Surprise.
  2. Every day there is a new daily challenge. Hand in your drawing and the AI gives 1 to 3 stars.
  3. 🏆 shows the ranking of your group or of everyone.
  4. You can always stop with ✕ Stop at the top left.
🤝Draw together and guess online
  1. Choose Play › Draw together or Guess the drawing online.
  2. One player taps Create room and gets a 4-letter code.
  3. The others enter the code under Join, wherever they are.
  4. Nothing is stored on the server.
💾Saving and sharing
  1. 2create saves automatically while you draw.
  2. In Actions you save or share as PNG, JPG, PDF or Photoshop file (with layers).
  3. Time-lapse makes a film of your drawing; Drawing comes alive (Extras) makes it move.
🔄Updates and problems
  1. 2create tells you when there is a new version; tap the message to install. Your drawings are kept.
  2. Your version is shown under the word 2create in the gallery. Tap it to check for a new one right away.
  3. Can't see your stroke? Check that the layer is visible and not locked, and that the colour isn't the same as the paper.
  4. An idea or something broken? Use Share an idea or wish in the app.

Install on Android

  1. Tap Download for Android above (on your tablet).
  2. Open the downloaded file. Android asks once whether your browser may install apps: turn on Allow from this source.
  3. Tap Install. New versions then arrive by themselves: 2create tells you when there is an update.

Your drawings stay on your own tablet. Only when you ask for it do the AI features send a small image to our server; nothing is stored.
